All rates quoted are per apartment
THE RATE INCLUDES
· bed linen (supplied weekly)
· bath towels (supplied weekly)
· heating
· electricity
· cooking gas
· water
· use of washing machine
On request free of charge:
· baby cot (sheets not provided)
· high chair
THE RATE DOESNT INCLUDE
· final cleaning 25
· cautionary deposit 50 (It will be returned to you at the
moment of your departure)
On request:
· additional cleaning 15
· mid week linen/towel change 15
A child of less than six years of age is free.
If you require a cot please advise us to supply you with
one. Please note that you must bring your own linen for a
cot if you require one.
You must advise us if you wish to bring a pet with you. Pets
will not be accepted in the property, unless you have our
confirmation.
ARRIVAL
Arrival day: unimportant
Check in time - after 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Check out time - by 9.30 am - 10.00 am
BOOKING
AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid at time of booking
(not refundable) by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard
are accepted); balance upon arrival cash or by credit card.
